Capital Towers
Capital Tower 1 is a prominent mixed-use development situated along the Gamal Abdelnasser Axis, near Mall of Arabia in 6th of October, Giza. Covering 3,250 square meters, this G+6 tower, designed by ADC, features a blend of commercial spaces, administrative offices, and clinics. With its strategic location near one of the largest shopping destinations in the area, Capital Tower 1 offers excellent visibility and access to a thriving commercial hub. The modern G+6 structure is designed to accommodate a variety of businesses and healthcare services, providing a professional and efficient environment. Its proximity to major landmarks and transportation routes makes Capital Tower 1 a key destination for commerce and administration in 6th of October.

A contemporary architectural landmark in Oman, where minimalist design meets functional luxury. This commercial destination is crafted with clean lines and expansive glass facades to create a seamless flow between modern aesthetics and an exceptional shopping experience.
Plaza
IEC is proud to present the integrated design for this Recreational Landscape Plaza. Our engineering vision focused on creating an interactive community environment by utilizing smart design solutions. We integrated colored pathways designated for running and cycling, an "Open-Air Amphitheater" for events, shaded seating areas (Pergolas), and lush gardens that balance visual aesthetics with daily usability.

As the Lead Consultant, IEC proudly delivered the master planning and architectural designs for Oliv Compound. We envisioned an exclusive, low-density community that harmonizes contemporary townhouse architecture with expansive landscapes, ensuring a private and sustainable lifestyle for every resident.
Sea and Sea
IEC delivered the master planning and architectural design for Sea & Sea Resort on the North Coast. The design is centered around "Harmonizing with Coastal Nature," with a strategic layout that ensures panoramic sea views for all residential units. The project integrates sprawling lagoons with open landscapes, utilizing natural stone and serene color palettes to create a luxurious, comfortable vacation experience that aligns with international modern resort standards.
Suez Canal Authority
IEC is proud to be the engineering partner in designing and developing the "Suez Canal Authority Building," an architectural landmark reflecting the authority’s prestigious heritage and global strategic role. The design focuses on merging Egyptian identity with modern engineering solutions to create a smart work environment that supports administrative efficiency and logistical operations, featuring majestic facades befitting this national landmark.
Maaref University
As the General Consultant, IEC delivered the master planning and architectural designs for Maaref University (IALE). The project was engineered as a smart campus that balances operational efficiency with architectural modernism, providing a comprehensive academic hub built for innovation and research.
Corniche Jazan
IEC developed the master plan for the "Corniche Jazan" development, aiming to transform it into a world-class tourist and recreational destination on the Red Sea coast. The master plan focuses on integrating urban spaces with the coastal environment through fluid pathways that connect vast green areas, interactive parks, and marinas. The proposal includes integrated recreational zones, open-air theaters, and public plazas designed with innovative engineering to ensure resource sustainability and deliver an exceptional urban experience that enhances quality of life and supports the region's tourism vision.

IEC provided the engineering consultancy and architectural design for the Palmier residential project. The design is based on the concept of "Modern Cubism," utilizing warm wood volumes alongside stone facades to create a unique visual contrast. Our architectural vision focused on maximizing open spaces and incorporating circular and expansive glass openings for optimal natural light, while designing outdoor recreational areas that seamlessly integrate with the units' interior spaces.

A sophisticated fusion of organic textures and modern structural precision. Remal embodies a "refined desert" aesthetic, utilizing earthy palettes and bold minimalist forms to create a seamless transition between the natural landscape and contemporary urban living.

SCU Science Hub
IEC delivered the architectural design for the SCU Science Hub, a cutting-edge research facility at Suez Canal University. The 7T Business & Wellness Complex is located at the most premium spot in New Cairo. The last land plot in the banking and financial district, amidst North 90 st. and South 90 st. Surrounded by all the multinational major corporations and banks from around the world.

G Stone
With a distinctive panoramic view, the "IG.Stone" project is located in the heart of the "Down Town" area in the new administrative capital, on the eastern axis linking the northern axis of Bin Zayed and the government district, and in front of Misr Mosque and the City of Gold. In addition to the multiplicity of administrative and commercial services and smart management systems, it is specially designed to provide you with all the needs, requirements and lifestyle you are looking for.

FG Compound
IEC delivered the master planning and architectural design for FG Compound. The project features an ingenious spatial layout, with residential units fluidly distributed around lush greenery and central lagoons. The villas are designed in a contemporary architectural style, combining bold geometric volumes with expansive glass openings. This approach ensures maximum privacy for each unit while providing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, creating a serene and integrated residential environment.
O2 Compound
IEC delivered the master planning and architectural design for the O2 project. The development is characterized by fluid, curved facade designs that provide a unique modern identity. The master plan focuses on integrating residential volumes with central landscapes and water features, ensuring open views and natural ventilation and lighting throughout the project.
Business Ya Shabab Installation
IEC delivered the engineering design for this temporary installation for the Ministry of Youth & Sport as part of the "Business Ya Shabab" initiative. The design utilizes a modular steel grid system that combines high flexibility with modern aesthetics, incorporating abstract architectural elements inspired by Egyptian heritage. The project was engineered as an open interactive space to support youth entrepreneurship, prioritizing ease of assembly, dismantling, and the efficient use of public urban spaces.

Cloud 7 Business Complex – A visionary mixed-use landmark located in the heart of the New Capital’s Downtown. As the lead designers, we delivered a cutting-edge architectural concept that redefines urban workspaces. The design features a striking contemporary facade with sleek glass curtain walls, optimized to provide panoramic views and maximum natural light. Our consultancy focused on a 'smart-flow' layout, seamlessly integrating high-end retail, medical clinics, and premium administrative offices into a unified, high-efficiency structure that stands out in the city's skyline.
Ivory Plaza
Ivory Plaza Mall New Capital is located in a privileged location, specifically in MU23, which is between the R2 and R3 residential areas, a strategic location that serves more than 30,000 housing units, with a direct view of Al Amal Axis, as well as overlooking many main roads and the most important landmarks of the New Capital
Wave Story
IEC developed the master plan for the Wave Story project on the North Coast. The planning design is based on an engineering vision that merges natural formations with the fluidity of water, with units distributed in organic, undulating patterns to ensure direct waterfront views for all parts of the project. The master plan focuses on creating a balance between integrated lagoons and green landscapes, providing a smart network of pathways that connect residential areas with the beach and recreational services, delivering a cohesive coastal experience characterized by privacy and seamless flow.
